Adventure Lover’s Check In

“Feeling of Not knowing of next moment.”

What do you mean by Adventure? That exact old definition will come in front of your senses. But What I mean about adventure is the “Feeling of Not knowing of next moment.” Facing Life and Death is the exact moment in time. When we encounter any of such activities, a hormone name Adrenaline reaches on top. This makes your heart beat faster & your lungs start breathing more efficiently. I love when I feel adrenaline in my veins. You can now expect why I am here with this blog. I like adventure activities as well. Trekking is just a part of it.

Here I am sharing some of the best-loving adventure spots in North India, some places I have been there, and some are still waiting for my bucket list.

Best Places to visit for Adventure Sports in North India

Bhunter

Bhunter is around 40 km from Manali and one of the most famous among adventure spots. Any activities we can think of it, that will be available in Bhunter, like Paragliding, Rafting, and Camping. Most often, it is famous for Rafting. Whenever I am in the mood for Rafting, Bhunter is my next step. My natural instinct takes me there anyway. Its because majorly for two reasons, first, it’s near Manali, and Second, It is very affordable. If you are in the off-season, like winter and you met with some genuine vendors, you may get some amazing deals.

When we went to Bhunter, it was February, cold, and off-season. Bhunter was quite peaceful in Winters. We booked our boat from Manali, due to which we snatched quite an interesting deal. It cost around 800/- boat for 14 km. We were 2 in person. So the boat was all ours. Usually, they fill the boats in batches. As it was off-season. We got a personal boat. There were also two couples who hired another boat which they charged 8k for the full boat. We felt pity for them, but couldn’t help as the instructor already asked us to do not to mention our charges. They directly booked from Bhunter, and they charged as hell. So it is very important to research genuine vendors.

Rishikesh – Riverside town on Ganga

Rishikesh is not only famous for its religious beliefs, but it is also a top-notch hot spot among adventure lovers check-in. Everything which defines adventure is present in Rishikesh. It offers you Paragliding, Bungee Jumping, Rafting, Camping, Swing, Cliff Jumping, Flying Fox, Repelling, and Rock Climbing. Adventure Sports in Rishikesh is a treat for all, whether you are young or old doesn’t matter.

Likewise Bhunter, River rafting catches all the limelight, maybe because Rafting in Ganga is itself an experience. Rishikesh is a riverside city, filled with tourists and adventure lovers throughout the year.

If you ever planning an adventure trip, avoid monsoons. In monsoons, the flow of rivers raises, and the mountains become slippery. Otherwise, it is good to go for the rest of the year.
