Kedarkantha Trek

You should be familiar with Kedarkantha Summit because it is situated within the Govind Wildlife National Sanctuary Park in Uttarkashi. This magnificent hill is surrounded by a number of lovely river valleys, one of which is the upper valley of Garhwal, which is home to a community that has lived in this region since the time of the Mahabharata. The best winter snow trek in India is Kedarkantha, which is manageable for beginners. Everyone should at least once experience this Himalayan adventure. The best time to travel is during the heaviest snowfall, which occurs between the first week of November and the last week of April. Snow starts to cover the stunning campsites on the Kedarkantha trek after about mid-November.

It’s true that each walk in the Himalayas has its own special charm. On a trek, you might experience a dose of nature that you simply cannot get in the city, and you can challenge your physical and mental limits. There aren’t many hikes in the Himalayas that will compel you to witness the pristine splendour of nature. From snow-capped peaks to verdant forests and ice lakes to an incredibly tasty peak, it has everything a hiker could ask for. The most demanding and rewarding portion of the expedition is the ascent to the summit. You can see all of these sights from the base camp of Sankri at the bottom to the peak at the top.
